Bank Holiday Weekend

It’s the bank holiday weekend and the weather’s been so kind. Saturday I met friends in Manchester’s Northern Quarter. And by pure chance we came across a little bar called ‘Terrace’ and decided to go in and check it out. So pleased we did! As the name suggests, they have a lovely roof-top terrace where we sat all afternoon!

It’s not difficult choosing paleo when you eat-out. I had ‘Market Salad with Spiced Chargrilled Chicken’. Grub-tastic!

The lovely roof-top terrace where we chatted away all afternoon. Great fun!

And here we are. That’s me on the right!

The following day the sun was still shining so I ate brunch outside. Smoked salmon, organic salad and poached eggs.

Later my husband made dinner. A rare treat! We had a ham joint (made in the pressure cooker) and roast vegetables. Absolutely grub-tastic!

And the weather was great, so we ate outside!

Enjoy the rest of your weekend! See you soon!
